If you’re trying to cut carbs it’s really helpful to at least start out by using an App to help you keep track of how many carbs are in the foods you are eating.
Fortunately, there are a bunch of apps out there to help you accomplish this task fairly easily.

- Cronometer: This app is geared towards tracking all macronutrients, including carbohydrates, and offers a database of over 300,000 foods.
- FatSecret: This app provides nutrition information for a wide range of foods, including restaurant meals, and allows you to track your carbohydrate intake as well as other nutrients.
- MyNetDiary: MyNetDiary is a free user-friendly app that tracks carbs, calories, and other nutrients. It offers a barcode scanner, meal planning, and goal setting features.
