Want a really fast, easy and tasty way to eat more healthy stuff like Kale and Avocado?

Try the Potent Purple Power Shake.

Here’s the recipe:

1. 1/2 Avocado

2. 1 Banana (more ripe = a sweeter shake)

3. 1/4 Cup Frozen BlueBerries

4. 1/2 Cup Frozen Kale

5. 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein

5. 12 oz of water (the shake will be thick. use more water if you like a thinner shake)

Directions:

1. Throw all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth

2. Drink and revel in the fact that you just did something awesome for your body
