Blueberry, Banana and Kale Power Shake


1. 1 Banana

2. 1/2 Cup Blueberries

3. 1/2 Cup Frozen Chopped Kale

4. 1 Tbsp Melted Butter (Grass-Fed)

5. 1 Cup Water



1.Heat Butter in mug with water

2. Put Banana, Blueberries, Kale and Water into blender and blend until smooth

3. Add melted butter and blend for 5-10 seconds

4. Drink!
