I don’t think there is any harm in eating Pumpkin Seeds especially if you picked them out of the pumpkin yourself and eat them within a day or two.

However, for me personally I don’t see the benefit of making them a staple in my diet.

They are high in Omega 6 and could throw our Omega 3/6 balance out of whack.
